I've moved from one country to another several times. Every move meant international packages, and international packages meant juggling a different tracking website for every carrier, some slow, some confusing, some that just didn't work on mobile. Not one of them felt built for the person waiting on the package.
That experience is what ParcelsZen came from. One search box for 1,000+ carriers through our tracking data providers. No account. No guessing which of the twelve carrier websites to try first.
The articles on this site come from the same place: real questions I had while waiting on packages, and the answers I had to piece together from scattered sources. I wrote them so the next person doesn't have to.
