How do I track my package?

  2. Enter your tracking number in the search box
  3. Click "Track Package" or press Enter
  4. View your real-time tracking information

Our system automatically detects the courier from your tracking number, so you don't need to select it manually in most cases.

What does a tracking number look like?

Tracking numbers vary by courier:

  • USPS: 20-22 digits (e.g., 9400111899223456789012)
  • FedEx: 12-14 digits (e.g., 123456789012)
  • UPS: 18 digits starting with "1Z" (e.g., 1Z999AA10123456784)
  • DHL: 10-11 digits (e.g., 1234567890)
  • Amazon: TBA followed by 12 digits (e.g., TBA123456789012)
  • China Post: 13 characters starting with letters (e.g., RB123456789CN)

Which couriers do you support?

We support over 1000+ couriers worldwide, including:

  • Major US Carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon Logistics, OnTrac, LaserShip
  • International: DHL, TNT, Aramex, SF Express, Deutsche Post
  • Postal Services: China Post, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, Japan Post
  • Regional: Hermes, Yodel, Evri, Purolator, and hundreds more

If your tracking number isn't recognized, try selecting the courier manually from the dropdown menu.

Can I track multiple packages at once?

Currently, you can track one package at a time. However:

  • Your recent searches are automatically saved in your browser
  • You can quickly access previously tracked packages from the homepage
  • Open multiple browser tabs to track different packages simultaneously

We're working on a multi-package tracking feature for future updates!

🔧 Troubleshooting

Why isn't my tracking number working?

There are several reasons why tracking might not work:

  1. Package not in system yet: Wait 24-48 hours after shipment creation
  2. Wrong tracking number: Double-check the number from your shipping confirmation
  3. Wrong courier selected: Try auto-detection or manually select the correct courier
  4. Courier system delay: The carrier's tracking system might be temporarily down
  5. Invalid or expired number: Very old tracking numbers may no longer be in the system

If problems persist, contact the sender to verify the tracking information.

Why hasn't my tracking updated in days?

Tracking delays can happen for several reasons:

  • Weekend/Holiday: Most carriers don't update tracking on weekends or holidays
  • In transit: Long-distance shipments may not scan at every facility
  • Customs: International packages can sit in customs for days or weeks
  • Carrier delays: Weather, high volume, or system issues can cause delays

If there's no update after 5-7 business days, contact the courier directly.

My package shows delivered but I didn't receive it. What should I do?

Follow these steps:

  1. Check thoroughly: Look at all doors, mailboxes, porches, and with neighbors
  2. Wait 24 hours: Sometimes delivery scans are premature
  3. Check delivery photo: Some carriers provide photo proof of delivery
  4. Contact the sender: They can file a claim or send a replacement
  5. Contact the courier: File a missing package report with the carrier
  6. Check your payment method: You may have buyer protection

Note: ParcelsZen cannot help with lost packages. Contact the sender or courier directly.

The wrong courier was detected. How do I fix this?

If auto-detection selects the wrong courier:

  1. Click on the courier dropdown menu on the tracking page
  2. Manually select the correct courier from the list
  3. Click "Track Package" again

Some tracking number formats are similar across couriers, which can cause misidentification. Manual selection ensures accurate tracking.
