β WISH Order Tracking
Track your Wish packages & deliveries worldwide
π Important: How to Find Your Wish Tracking Number
- Check your shipping confirmation email - This is sent after your Wish order ships and contains the carrier tracking number (not your Wish order number)
- Look for these carrier formats: China Post registered mail (R plus a second letter, 9 digits, then CN, e.g. RA123456789CN), tracked letter post items (L plus a second letter, 9 digits, then CN, e.g. LJ123456789CN), or the references of Chinese logistics companies such as Cainiao, Yanwen, YunExpress or 4PX, which the tracker identifies for you
- The order ID in your account is internal to Wish and resolves nowhere. Each shipped item gets its own carrier reference
- If you can't find the tracking number: Log into your Wish account at wish.com > "Account" > "Orders" > click the order > "View details" to see order details and tracking information
- Wait 24-72 hours after order confirmation for shipping confirmation email with tracking number (Wish processing times can be longer than other retailers)
Note: Wish does not operate its own delivery service. Wish uses third-party carriers for shipping (China Post, Cainiao, Yanwen, 4PX, ePacket, etc.). Tracking works through these carriers' systems using the tracking numbers provided in your shipping confirmation emails.

About Wish Order Tracking Service
Wish is an online marketplace for low-priced goods. ContextLogic sold substantially all of the Wish ecommerce platform to Qoo10 Pte. Ltd. in April 2024.
Our Wish tracking service allows you to monitor your orders from the moment the seller ships them until delivery. Since Wish uses third-party carriers for shipping worldwide, tracking works through these carriers' systems using the tracking numbers provided in your shipping confirmation emails. Wish partners with carriers including China Post, Cainiao, Yanwen, 4PX, ePacket, and national postal services depending on your location and shipping method selected.
Paste a carrier reference above and we identify which operator holds that parcel, then pull their scans. On Wish that identification step does real work, because each item in an order can ship from a different seller with a different carrier. Once a parcel moves you'll see each scan location, transit progress through the carrier network, customs clearance status, and final delivery confirmation. Wish also offers the Wish app for iOS and Android with push notifications for order updates and delivery estimates.
Quick Wish Tracking Guide (30 Seconds)
How to Track a Wish Order in 3 Steps:
- Find your carrier tracking number: check your shipping confirmation email (subject: βYour Wish order has been shippedβ). This is not your Wish order number starting with #. Look for a number like RA123456789CN (China Post) or LJ123456789CN (ePacket). You can also find it in your Wish account β Account β Orders β click the order β View details.
- Paste one carrier reference above: a multi-item order has several, and the short order ID is not one of them.
- Read the last scan, not just the headline: it names the operator holding the parcel and whether a local carrier has taken over.
Wish tip: Wait at least 24β72 hours after your shipping email before expecting tracking updates. On economy routes, several days can pass between "Information received" and the first carrier scan while the parcel waits for export from China.
Wish Order Process & Timeline
On a marketplace of independent sellers, the timeline runs per item rather than per order. Here is what happens at each stage and when a reference actually appears:
Order Placed
Wish confirms the order right after purchase and passes each item to the seller who listed it. Each seller dispatches its own item, so a multi-item order arrives as several parcels with separate tracking numbers.
Seller Preparation
Each seller picks and packs its own item. In-stock items can leave within days, while made-to-order items take longer; the item page shows the estimated delivery date.
Order Shipped
Once the seller dispatches the item, the carrier the seller chose takes over and you receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier tracking number. This email includes estimated delivery date, but these are often optimistic estimates that don't account for customs clearance times and international shipping realities.
China Processing
Your package can stay in China for several days as it moves through sorting facilities, customs export clearance, and prepares for international air freight. During this time, tracking may show minimal updates or "Information received" status. This is the most common source of customer concern about "stuck" packages on Wish.
International Transit
Your package leaves China and travels to your destination country via air freight. This stage typically takes 7-15 business days depending on destination and carrier. Tracking updates may be sparse during international transit, especially for economy shipping methods that don't scan at every transit point.
Customs & Delivery
Clearance happens on arrival and produces its own quiet stretch, since customs authorities do not scan a parcel while assessing it. A local postal service then completes delivery and becomes the better source of detail. Wish's refund window is 30 days, counted from delivery, and return shipping is usually the customer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Wish Delivery Options
Wish Standard Shipping: Free on most orders, typically 15-45 business days. Most economical option using carriers like China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, Cainiao Standard, or Yanwen Economy. Limited tracking updates once the package leaves China. Best for non-urgent orders and customers willing to wait for significant cost savings.
Wish Fast Shipping: Faster delivery on eligible items, with any extra charge shown at checkout. Tracking on these routes usually updates more often.
Sustainable Shipping Options: Wish is gradually introducing more eco-friendly packaging and shipping options. Most standard shipping methods naturally have lower carbon footprints than express air freight. During checkout, you can sometimes select "consolidated shipping" to combine multiple orders, reducing packaging waste and transportation emissions. Look for the green leaf icon during checkout for the most sustainable shipping choices.
International Shipping & Tracking
Delivery time, cost and customs treatment all turn on the destination, and so does the operator that finishes the job. The table below gives realistic ranges. Treat the carrier column as the important one, because that is who you deal with if a delivery fails. Paste the carrier reference above and the tracker shows the scans that carrier has published.

| North America | 15-45 days | 7-20 days | 3-10 days | China Post, Cainiao, Yanwen, ePacket, USPS |

Customs Clearance for International Wish Orders
Customs paperwork is generated by the seller and travels with the parcel. The commercial invoice attached to it declares:
- Complete item descriptions (not "clothing" but "women's cotton dress")
- Individual item values in USD (often undervalued to minimize duties)
- Harmonized System (HS) codes for each product category
- Weight, quantity, and country of origin for each item
- Wish's importer of record information for your country
Clearance begins on arrival, and no scans appear while it runs because customs authorities do not generate them. Statuses like "Item presented to customs" or "Customs clearance in progress" during this time. Some countries (like Brazil, India, and Russia) have particularly strict customs procedures that can significantly delay deliveries.
Duties and taxes depend on destination and order value, and the US position has changed outright: the $800 duty-free allowance is gone, so an American shopper can be assessed on an order of any size. On Wish's typical basket values the handling fee alone can rival the goods. The EU has changed too: from 1 July 2026 to 1 July 2028 it charges an interim flat customs duty of β¬3 per category of item in small parcels, replacing the β¬150 duty relief, on goods from non-EU sellers registered for its IOSS VAT scheme. The UK still applies its Β£135 threshold. VAT is due below all of these regardless. Checkout may estimate; the final figure is set by customs authorities. Most carriers collect duties upon delivery or bill you separately. If your package is held for customs payment, you'll typically receive notification via email or SMS from the local postal service.
Wish Tracking Troubleshooting Guide
Wish Belongs to Qoo10 Now, and That Matters for Support
ContextLogic sold the Wish marketplace to the Singapore-based operator Qoo10 in April 2024 (ContextLogic press release, 19 April 2024; checked 11 Oct 2026).
Why it matters here: plenty of older guides still route you to a ContextLogic contact, a US corporate address or a support channel that no longer answers. Support runs through the Wish app and help centre, and those are the routes that work. Use the estimated delivery date on your order in the Wish app rather than delivery times quoted in articles written before the 2024 sale.
Order ID Versus Carrier Reference
Your Wish order ID is an internal reference. It identifies the purchase inside your account and no carrier recognises it, so pasting it into any tracking tool returns nothing.
The carrier tracking number appears once the item ships, under Order History in the app and in the shipping confirmation. On Wish this gap is wider than on most marketplaces, because each item in a basket is fulfilled by a different seller.
One Order, Several Parcels, Several Tracking Numbers
This is the structural thing about Wish that trips people up, and it is worth understanding before you start worrying about a missing item.
Wish is a marketplace of independent sellers, not a retailer holding stock. Order four things and you may be buying from four merchants in four locations, each dispatching on its own timetable with its own carrier. Four tracking numbers, four arrival dates, sometimes weeks apart. Nothing has gone wrong; there was never a single parcel to begin with.
Check each item's status separately in Order History rather than judging the order as a whole. An order that looks half-lost is usually three delivered items and one slow seller.
Who Carries a Wish Parcel
Wish operates no delivery network of its own. Sellers choose the carrier, which is why references come in so many shapes.
| What you are holding | Who it belongs to | Where to track it |
|---|---|---|
| What you are holdingTwo letters, nine digits, then CN | Who it belongs toChina Post or a postal product | Where to track itWorks on China Post and on your national postal site once it lands |
| What you are holdingA long numeric string | Who it belongs toA Chinese consolidator such as YunExpress or 4PX | Where to track itThe consolidator's own site, then the final carrier |
| What you are holdingA 22-digit number | Who it belongs toUSPS, handling the final mile | Where to track itUSPS, from the handover onwards |
| What you are holdingA short internal ID | Who it belongs toWish's own order reference | Where to track itNowhere. It is not a tracking number |
Most Wish parcels change hands at least once. A Chinese line-haul operator carries the item most of the way, then a local postal service completes delivery. Tracking detail thins out at that handover and the destination carrier becomes the better source. Paste the reference above and we work out which carrier holds it rather than making you guess.
The Customs Step Is Now Longer for US Shoppers
A parcel sitting at customs with no movement has not vanished. Customs authorities do not produce tracking scans while they assess a shipment, so silence is the process running rather than failing.
What changed is duration. The $800 duty-free allowance no longer applies to imports into the United States, so every parcel needs a customs entry whatever it cost, an informal one for consumer-value goods rather than the full formal process. On a cheap Wish item the handling charge and duty can approach the price of the goods, which is a bigger practical shift for Wish than for almost any other marketplace given how low its basket values run.
Our guide to US import duties covers how the charge is worked out, and what to do when a parcel is stuck in customs covers the rest.
What Each Tracking Problem Actually Signals
"No information found". Either you have the order ID, or the seller generated a label and has not yet handed the parcel to anyone.
No movement for a week or more after dispatch. Normal on Wish's economy routes. Items travel on consolidated freight with nothing scanning them between the origin sort and the destination country.
Tracking stops at "departed" and never resumes. The handover to the local carrier sometimes fails to link the two references. Try the same number on your national postal service, which often knows about a parcel Wish's page does not.
Delivered but nothing arrived. Read the delivering carrier's own detail line for the recorded location before assuming theft. Then raise it with that carrier and open a Wish claim in parallel rather than waiting on either.
Refunds Are Your Real Protection, Not the Tracking
On a marketplace of independent sellers, chasing a parcel matters less than knowing the refund route, and the deadlines are what to watch.
The window is 30 days. For a delivered item it counts from the delivery date; for one that never arrived it counts from the Refund Eligible Date in your Order History, not from dispatch. That second point is the one that costs people money, because on a six-week route 30 days from dispatch can lapse before the parcel was even due. The per-item date is shown in the app, so check it there rather than counting yourself.
Raise it in the app against the specific item. That attaches the order and the seller for you, which a general enquiry cannot, and it is the channel that actually reaches Wish support.
Photograph the parcel and contents on arrival if anything is wrong. Damage and not-as-described claims rest on evidence gathered before you handle the item further.
Returning a low-value item is often uneconomic, and international return postage can exceed what you paid. Where that is true, a refund without return is the outcome to ask for, and marketplaces often grant it rather than pay the freight.
Match the complaint to the right party. Anything about the parcel's journey belongs to the carrier: in transit, failed attempt, disputed delivery. Anything about the purchase belongs to Wish: item never sent, wrong goods, refund, seller silence. Cases stall mostly because they were raised with whichever one was easier to reach.
What to photograph, what to keep and how to document value apply on any platform, and the shipping protection and claims guide sets it out.
