Data Processor: We use MailPoet (operated by Automattic Inc.) to manage newsletter subscriptions. MailPoet processes your email address on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Data Retention: Your email remains in our system until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by contacting us.

No Selling: We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Email Frequency: We send newsletters approximately 1-2 times per week. We do not send promotional emails on behalf of third parties.

  • Server Logs: Retained for 90 days for security monitoring and diagnostic purposes, then automatically purged.

To the extent permitted by law, we may deny requests that are unreasonable, repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, or jeopardize the privacy of others.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
